BUSHFIRE ADVICE MESSAGE

MFS is responding to a fire near MULLAQUANA near Saddleback Road and Mullaquana Road, south of Whyalla in South Australia's north. Firefighters are dealing with a number of small flare ups and hot spots from a fire that originally occurred in the area on Sunday, 6 October. Today's flare up is currently small and currently not posing a threat to the public. The region is experiencing high temperatures and strong winds and people are asked to remain vigilant..

People in the area should check and follow their Bushfire Survival Plans.

More information will be provided by the MFS when it is available.
