What's changed?

On 23 June 2015, the Members Only Website (MOW) was upgraded to a new security system to amalgamate the Emergency Services Portal into the MOW. This upgrade changed the look of the login page, which is shown below:

How do I change my password?

There are two ways to change your password.

1) If you are logged in to the MOW, click on the change your password icon on the first page of the MOW. The change your password icon is shown below:

If you want to change your password, there are some new guidelines on what your password must contain;

  • your new password CANNOT contain your given name, surname or member ID
  • make sure your new password has at least 10 characters and
  • include characters from at least 3 of the following 4 classes;
  1. Upper-Case Letters               A, B, C, ... Z
  2. Lower-Case Letters               a, b, c, ... z
  3. Numbers                              0, 1, 2, ... 9
  4. Special Characters               !,$,#,%).

As an example, the password "Ihave2dogs" applies 3 of the 4 rules above and is considered a strong password. Please DO NOT use the above example as your password.
