The MFS advises that the threat posed by a fire at an electrical sub station has reduced.

The location of the incident is West Thebarton Road at Thebarton in Adelaide.

MFS firefighters have extinguished a fire that was impacting the inside of a transformer. Crews will remain on scene for a few hours to monitor the temperature of the transformer and ensure the fire remains extinguished.

Motorists and pedestrians should use caution in the area due to the presence of emergency services vehicles.
