Issued for Enfield and suburbs to the west / south west of Enfield

MFS advises that firefighting crews are continuing to respond to a STRUCTURE FIRE at a disused school known as Enfield High School in the northern suburbs of Adelaide.

The location of the emergency is 490 Grand Junction Road, Enfield.


While the fire is now contained, the emergency is still causing smoke to drift over suburbs to the west and south-west of Enfield stretching towards the coast. The public are advised to stay indoors and shut all doors and windows until the smoke passes. Follow the advice of authorities at the scene and exercise caution on the roads as smoke and emergency vehicles may be present..
