MFS advises that crews are responding to a fire burning in plastic waste at a waste recycling facility.

The location of the incident is near Hanson Road at Dry Creek in Adelaide's north.

The incident is causing smoke to drift across Dry Creek and surrounding suburbs. The fire is expected to burn in plastic waste until this evening. Residents, local workers and motorists are advised to remain indoors and close all doors and windows until the smoke has passed. .
