BUSHFIRE ADVICE MESSAGE

MFS is responding to a fire near ATHOL PARK within a shed and salvage belongings in a yard at the rear of a property on Millicent Street at Athol Park in Adelaide's north-west. The fire is anticipated to burn for several hours and is causing visible smoke in the Athol Park area and surrounding suburbs. Residents and motorists are advised to stay indoors and close all doors and windows until the smoke has passed. Air conditioners should be switched to recirculate to prevent smoke from entering homes and vehicles. .

If you are in the area stay alert and monitor local conditions.
