The MFS Community and Schools Education (CASE) Program offers educational tours and visits for pre-schools, schools, higher education facilities, youth and community groups.

We offer two types of sessions:

  • Community and Schools Education Tour:  Your group comes to an MFS station.
  • Community and Schools Education Visit: We send a fire truck and crew to visit your group.

At both sessions, our firefighters deliver lessons about home fire and life safety, discussing key safety messages to encourage fire safe behaviours. Each session ends with the opportunity to ask questions and view the fire truck.

The program content, fire safety messages and delivery approach vary depending on the type of group and the age of participants.

Due to the popularity of the CASE Program, it is a requirement that all booking requests are made at least five weeks in advance. This will ensure the best opportunity of securing a booking.
