Juvenile Fire Lighters Intervention Program - JFLIP

The South Australian Metropolitan Fire Service (MFS) developed the Juvenile Fire Lighters Intervention Program (JFLIP) to help families overcome the problem of children's unsafe fire lighting and experimentation.

The aim of the program is to reduce the number of deaths, injuries and the millions of dollars of property damage caused by juvenile fire setting.

Specially trained firefighters work with children and parents in the program. There is no charge for the JFLIP and confidentiality is assured.

If you are interested in any further information please contact the JFLIP Coordinator by telephone on 8204 3611. (Country callers 1300 737 637).
